Howard Eisberg is a licensed attorney with approximately 40 years’ experience, specializing in immigration law for the past 30 years. He has had a distinguished career—he initiated the Immigration Law program at the UMKC School of Law and has served as Adjunct Professor of Immigration Law at both the UMKC and Washburn University Schools of Law. He is listed in the Who’s Who of International Corporate Immigration Lawyers and has been a frequent speaker and writer on the subject in the past.
Howard has special expertise in the area of EB-1 Outstanding Professor/Researcher, Extraordinary Ability, and National Interest Waiver cases. He has handled hundreds of such cases in the past, with a very high success rate; and in fact he has served as mentor to other immigration lawyers nationwide in this field. He continues to accept these cases for consultation and representation on a selective basis at the present time. He also continues to accept family-based and naturalization cases on a limited basis.
Recently, Howard ended his relationship with his previous firm to establish a solo practice. He is happy to be officing at the firm of his long-time friend and colleague, Roberta Farrell, another Kansas City immigration lawyer with a distinguished reputation and record of accomplishment.
Howard is known for straight talk, competent and conscientious service at reasonable prices. You may contact him with your immigration question below.
